Volunteers

We are so glad you are interested in volunteering at one or more of our markets! Here are the ways you can be involved:

  • The welcome table will be right off of the parking lot and the main focus of this job is to greet guests. The first-aid kit is kept here along with information on the market and our church.

    9 a.m. to 11: a.m.

    11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. until the market opens at 9:00 a.m. This includes: Setting up the welcome table, putting out garbage cans where needed, setting up 4 tables with chairs for eating (along with pop-up tent), being flexible to help, and welcoming vendors.

  • Market take-down is 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

    This includes helping vendors get packed up and putting away all church property in the storage room.

  • Our market runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers are needed throughout.

    Jobs include: Welcoming guests to our grounds, answering questions and giving tours when needed, escorting vendors or visitors to the restrooms, parking cars, and emptying garbage cans as needed.
